Commercial conditions:
The contract is concluded for a period of at least one calendar year with automatic extension in case there is no written notification between the parties;
In case of early termination due to the related costs of IT Hardware, the Beneficiary undertakes to pay a penalty of 50% of the value of the subscription with the contracted options for the remaining months of the initial term of the contract;
Payment is made in advance at 6 or 12 months. (If it is done annually there is a free 1 month subscription + Options);
The installation fee and the initial configuration of the server is 50 Euro.
Technical notes:
We recommend renting at least 5 IPV4 Public IPs (advantage in distributing domains over several IPs for WEB and Mail services);
The Virtualmin GPL administration system (Free) is sufficient for the usual tasks of managing Web and Mail services;
The servers are hosted in the data center in Iasi, Romania with complete Tier 3 services (2 Generators, UPS, Air Conditioning, Backup);
In the data center are allocated 50 GB guaranteed Internet bandwidth from 3 providers;
Although there is no traffic limit, bandwidth is not guaranteed and is shared between data center clients.
